Ingredients
- 3/4 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 16 oz kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 8 oz spaghetti, broken in half
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Over medium heat, cook beef, garlic, and onions until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Grease 2 1/2 quart baking dish, transfer meat, garlic, and onions into it.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and bake for 65-70 minutes.
- Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.
